Refund policy

I have a 10-day online return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your online order to request a return only for store credit. Please note this is only for specific items. 

Please note: No returns for items you bought at a physical locations. This includes but is not limited to: markets, pop ups, meeting up for delivery.

JEWELRY AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any products with signs of being worn (stains, makeup, any removed tags) will NOT be accepted. 

I reserve the right to refuse returns and issue store credit only, based on the condition of the item and timeframe of the request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label (on your own costs), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: jewelry, sale items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If anything did not fit the way you were hoping, you are more than welcome to exchange the item for a different size. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. I can reserve the item in the new size for you while the other size is getting returned to me. Just make sure the exchanged item is in the same condition you received it (no stains, missing tags). Otherwise, I will not be able to accept the exchange.

Refunds
I will notify you once I received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded store credit within 10 business days.
